Unlike many companies that charge just to come out and assess a job, we do things differently. Using advanced AI technology, we’re able to offer you an accurate and affordable online estimate, without the extra fees. By collecting a few key details from you, we can quickly provide a clear and fair quote.

If you're happy with the free online estimate, we’ll schedule a day and time that works best for you. At that point, a trip fee will apply. This fee typically ranges from $75 to $100, depending on the nature of the job.

When we arrive to assess the work in person, you have two options:

1. Move forward with us, and we’ll apply the trip fee toward the total cost of the job.
2. Decide not to proceed, in which case all you owe is the trip fee—no further obligation.

No, we will not do that. We believe in keeping things fair and affordable. Our goal isn’t to squeeze as much as we can from a single job, but to build long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. We want you to feel confident knowing we’re here for you and always have your best interests in mind.

That’s a bit of a tricky one. While our technician can handle certain household tasks, we prefer to focus on the areas in which we specialize to ensure the highest quality of work.

We understand that unexpected issues can happen at the worst times—even at 3 a.m. or during Thanksgiving dinner. That’s why we offer emergency and after-hours repair services for urgent situations that simply can’t wait for a scheduled appointment.

Priority repairs include:

Property damage (e.g., a blown tire on the interstate)
Health hazards (e.g., a busted black tank line)
Loss of essential services (e.g., air conditioning failure)
Emergency Service Fee:
A trip fee of $150 and up will apply, depending on the nature and urgency of the issue. We will always inform you of the exact fee before dispatching a technician. This fee is due upon arrival and will NOT be applied toward your final service balance.
